Terms of Service

Crims Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related services for cars, trucks, RVs, boats, motorcycles, aircraft, ATVs, and golf carts at locations within our service area. Specific inclusions, processes, and scheduling details for each service are described on the relevant service pages of our Site.

Appointments may be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly at (844) 415-4437. For RVs, boats, and aircraft, services begin with a scheduled inspection visit to assess the vehicle and provide an accurate quote before the full service is scheduled. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that Austin Lanning has reasonable access to your vehicle and, where applicable, a nearby water source at the agreed time and location. Delays or limitations caused by inadequate access, gate restrictions, or unsafe conditions may affect scheduling and the scope of service that can be completed.

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in advance. For RV, boat, and aircraft services, the cost of the inspection visit is applied toward the total cost of the full service. We accept payment through the methods made available at the time of booking.

Maintenance Wash plans are available exclusively to customers who have completed a full Auto Detailing package with Crims Mobile Detailing. The first Maintenance Wash visit is billed at the standard one-time rate, with subsequent visits billed at the applicable recurring rate on the customer's chosen schedule.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling availability.

Crims Mobile Detailing performs all services using industry-standard products and techniques. While we take care to protect your vehicle and property during service, Crims Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Crims Mobile Detailing operates as a fully insured business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
